Required Skills:- Proven experience in end-to-end test automation using UFT and Selenium- Strong ability to develop automation frameworks using Selenium from scratch- Proficiency in Core Java and Java Scripting- Experience in implementing enterprise-level test automation- Expertise in test automation architecture and framework design- Ability to integrate automation tools with test management tools- Experience in automation feasibility and ROI analysis- Ability to define automation reporting metrics- Hands-on experience with databases and SQL- Understanding of Test Environment Management (TEM) and Test Data Management (TDM)- Familiarity with automation tool selection- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and quality metrics- Strong communication skills
