Position Objectives:
Research:
Lead comprehensive research into industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to create and deliver impactful concepts and recommendations to internal teams and senior-level clients.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and guide primary and secondary research during the early stages of projects, reviewing analytics and other materials to extract valuable findings for project teams.
Plan and implement seamless, user-centered digital experiences for diverse key audiences.
Consult:
Transform complex human motivations and behaviors into the creation of visually appealing yet functional digital products.
Formulate strategic recommendations for project direction based on research insights, industry expertise, digital best practices, collaboration with creative teams, and client objectives.
Guide clients and internal teams in fostering strategic alignment across all related tactics and projects to meet overarching business goals.
Balance user needs, client objectives, and team requirements to solve problems and design extraordinary user experiences.
Present:
Craft and deliver compelling presentations of approaches and recommendations to internal teams and prospective clients.
Engage in new business development meetings and collaborate with account directors to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth in key accounts.
Build:
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate strategy workshops.
