- Manage the increasing information demands of our clients effectively.
- Act as a senior technical resource and advocate for customer needs.
- Engage with business clients through phone and written communication to address technical inquiries and issues related to Web Services.
- Deliver top-tier support for technical challenges involving . NET Enterprise Services (Serviced Components), System Transactions, ASP. NET Web Services applications, and UDDI applications.
- Handle various technologies such as Web Services Enhancements (WSE), DTC, IActiveScript, XML Serialization, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), WIF (Windows Identity Foundation), and Windows Workflow Foundation, alongside . COM/DCOM/OLE/COM+/COM Interop and . NET remoting issues.
- Provide high-level support for any . NET class within System. Runtime. Remoting or an interface or API listed in MSDN under Platform SDK\Component Services\COM.
