Required Experience and Skills:We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting multiple Workday functional areas. You should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and complete multiple projects within expected timeframes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to interact professionally with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Moreover, you should possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. An analytical mindset is also vital, enabling you to evaluate, analyze, and summarize data effectively. Preferred Experience and Skills:An advanced understanding of security administration and integrations is highly desirable, along with experience configuring Workday for a global company. Familiarity with building dashboards and creating advanced, matrix, and composite reports will be advantageous. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.

Join our dynamic HR team at Pattern as a Workday Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of various HCM functional areas, including recruiting, benefits, compensation, absence management, time tracking, payroll, talent, and performance management modules. You will configure security settings and assign roles as necessary.
Moreover, you'll gather requirements from subject matter experts and translate business needs into effective functional and technical solutions, identifying automation opportunities through Workday custom reporting and other technical solutions.
You’ll lead discussions and testing efforts for new functionalities related to system upgrades and releases while ensuring data integrity through regular validations and audits. Documentation of business processes will also be part of your duties, along with contributing to the HR team's overall efforts in delivering high-quality service and projects. You will be responsible for making recommendations to improve processes and efficiency and may assist in coordinating or leading various ongoing or annual HR projects.
