Doctolib is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to strengthen our information systems across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions for business teams and improving the services that support both Doctolib employees and the healthcare professionals who depend on our platform.
Reporting to the IT Manager and working within the IT Squad, this position collaborates with teams such as People, IT Delivery Factory, IT Operations, and Security. The Workday Solutions Architect will contribute directly to Doctolib’s continued growth and help ensure a positive experience for millions of users across Europe.
What You Will Do
As part of the People Systems & Performance (PSP) team, the Workday Solutions Architect drives the evolution of Doctolib’s HRIS ecosystem. This includes leading the architecture for Workday and related platforms, and mentoring a team of three Project Managers. The technology stack includes Workday, Peakon, Sana, PeopleDoc, and other specialized HR systems.
This role covers all People domains, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Development & Culture, and Finance. The position serves as a strategic link between HR stakeholders and technology, ensuring business strategies align with technical solutions. The architect will also coach and mentor the PSP team to strengthen technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term HRIS technology strategy and architecture, including Workday, Sana Benefits, PeopleDoc, and future platforms.
- Design complex integrations and data flows between HR systems using APIs, middleware, and MCPs.
- Apply available AI capabilities to enhance system functionality.
- Establish data governance and security protocols, ensuring alignment with Doctolib’s global enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead platform evaluations, vendor selection, and decision-making for new system implementations.
