What You’ll Do:Showcase the value of PerformYard in meetings, sales calls, and product demonstrations. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming leads. Collaborate with top-performing sales representatives and leadership to strategize. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective companies. Understand the needs of prospects and assist them in overcoming challenges. Manage a substantial pipeline of interested organizations. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage your personal sales pipeline on a weekly/monthly/annual basis. Generate qualified meetings and collaborate with our dedicated Sales Development Representatives. Utilize CRM tools and sales automation to enhance your efficiency. What You’ll Bring:Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles. At least 1 year in a quota-carrying closing position with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with the complete sales cycle. A strong history of success in sales environments.

As an Account Executive (AE) at PerformYard, you will be instrumental in closing new business opportunities by overseeing a robust pipeline of prospects. Your role will involve generating leads, securing meetings with inbound inquiries, conducting impactful sales calls, and converting enterprise customers in the B2B SaaS sector. You will engage with senior executives from targeted organizations, demonstrating the value of our product and building lasting relationships. We seek a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who is methodical, persistent, and capable of collaborating effectively with our team. This position offers significant opportunities for advancement within our sales organization, along with a compensation package that features an uncapped commission structure.
