Job Title: Executive Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks Expertise
Remote VA PH is actively seeking a meticulous and highly organized Executive Accounting Assistant proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to join our dynamic remote team. This pivotal role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, managing financial tasks, and overseeing data management to ensure the seamless operation of our executive team.
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Full-Time/Nightshift PHT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Oversee the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.
- Financial Management: Process invoices, manage payments, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Data Management: Develop and update spreadsheets in MS Excel for effective data tracking and analysis.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive and various teams to ensure project deadlines and tasks are met.
