We are looking for a candidate who possesses:Education: Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) is required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT support. Technical Skills:Proficient in SQL, Windows environment, hardware, and networking. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Personal Qualities:Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability. Self-reliant, energetic, and meticulous. A passion for customer service and a desire to tackle challenges.

Join Us as an Application Analyst N2/N3

In your role as an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing level N2 incidents effectively.
  • Identifying incidents caused by user training gaps and relaying these needs to the relevant parties.
  • Providing guidance to users to ensure optimal application usage.
  • Maintaining an organized record of ongoing cases in line with service objectives.
  • Engaging in continuous training on applications supported by the helpdesk.
  • Analyzing Service Desk calls to implement corrective actions (training, configuration, etc.).
  • Collaborating with level 2 teams from other countries, primarily Italy and the Iberian Peninsula.
  • Enhancing the quality of content in knowledge bases in conjunction with N1, N2, and N3 Support teams.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing (modules) during the transition to the support team.
