Your Role
As a proactive and strategic Assistant Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our regional presence and driving new business opportunities. This is a unique chance to contribute significantly to Metropolis's mission of transforming parking and more through advanced AI and computer vision technologies. Your adept networking and relationship-building skills will be critical in fostering growth and making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various lead generation channels, including cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, along with participation in networking events.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls, identifying pain points to develop tailored, solution-oriented proposals.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and formal sales presentations, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for client meetings.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios, nurture relationships, and ensure seamless deal transitions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, on underwriting and financial modeling to align with strategic business objectives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and clean pipeline management within Salesforce/CRM to guarantee precise data and deal context.
- Track and manage sales performance metrics and pipeline development to consistently achieve activity and generation targets.
- Develop and execute account strategies and outreach initiatives to engage potential clients and facilitate initial sales communications.
- Stay informed on buyer personas, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide business development strategies and enhance the sales process.
- Engage with internal departments and participate in team meetings to share insights, provide customer support, and schedule high-quality meetings with qualified prospects.
