Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels, including cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as participation in networking events. Utilize a consultative sales strategy to qualify both inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls, identifying pain points to develop solution-oriented proposals. Lead client discovery sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and present sales pitches, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for client interactions. Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios, uphold strong relationships, and facilitate smooth deal transitions. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and legal to align underwriting and financial modeling with overall business objectives. Maintain thorough activity tracking and ensure pipeline cleanliness within Salesforce/CRM to guarantee data accuracy and deal context. Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline development to consistently meet activity and generation targets. Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to engage potential clients and initiate preliminary sales discussions. Stay informed on buyer personas, industry trends, and emerging technologies to refine business development strategies and effectively navigate the sales process. Coordinate with internal departments and engage in team meetings to share insights, provide customer support, and arrange high-quality meetings with qualified prospects.
