About the Role
Reporting directly to the Lead of Merchant Acquisition, you will work onsite at the CMC Creative Space office located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective merchants, delivering compelling pitches and leading negotiations to onboard them onto GrabMart, effectively promoting our value proposition as the preferred partner for merchants.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with merchants, overseeing their performance and contributions to the GrabMart merchant ecosystem.
- Address daily merchant inquiries (both commercial and operational) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support.
- Take ownership of merchant engagement throughout their onboarding process, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies that adapt to market dynamics and merchant needs.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Grab.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners, focusing on developing enduring relationships and driving profitability.
- Collaborate with merchants on promotional programs, commission structures, and new product features.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and offer solutions to enhance merchant experiences.
- Analyze performance data to develop action plans aimed at increasing revenue and operational efficiency for your accounts.
- Build key accounts, tracking deliveries and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Work cross-functionally to meet specific merchant needs (e.g., tailored reporting, marketing support, and integrations).
- Implement business improvement initiatives that create mutual value for both merchants and GrabMart.
