Role overview
The High-Throughput team at Xaira is hiring an Associate Scientist to support the discovery and development of new protein therapeutics. This position focuses on designing and executing high-throughput expression, purification, and characterization campaigns. Collaboration is a key part of the role, with frequent interaction with robotics and data teams to combine biochemistry and automation. The goal is to turn computational protein designs into validated candidates for further study.
