About the Position

At ServiceRocket, we recognize that learning is crucial for customer success. As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement through personalized learning and certification experiences. You will ensure that learning is effectively woven into the customer journey, from onboarding to mastery. Engaging directly with customers, you will assess their needs, develop training plans, and utilize data-driven methods to ensure they not only use our tools but excel with them. This is a unique opportunity to mold the future of our customer education programs.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Consult & Partner: Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify customers' business challenges and skill gaps through interviews and product usage analytics.

  • Design Custom Journeys: Craft tailored learning success plans for each customer, recommending an optimal mix of courses, workshops, and documentation to achieve their objectives.

  • Master the Delivery: Oversee the complete execution of live learning events. You won’t merely follow a presentation; you will lead impactful sessions, adapting the discussion to address real-time questions and learner needs.
