Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in Engineering or complex product manufacturing. Methodical approach with a strong inclination for troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks). Superior analytical skills capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large data sets with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in effectively working with and manipulating large volumes of data. Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues proficiently. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adept at managing shifting priorities. Proven track record of influencing technical professionals and guiding projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.

About the role

Join our innovative and specialized team for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) as a Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering teams worldwide, contributing to one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollouts on a global scale.

You will be an integral part of our system deployment team, guiding Engineering teams and aiding in change management during the accelerated rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Your responsibilities will include interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques for the D365 deployment, comprehending various product structures and configurations. You will liaise with teams to capture requirements, facilitate solution design, and implement the deployment while training and embedding new processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring engineering data readiness for new system implementation and migration.
  • Conducting analyses on complex datasets, identifying trends, and maintaining data accuracy through filtering and cleaning.
  • Developing analysis and reporting capabilities for monitoring performance and quality control plans to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Presenting analysis results and project solutions to senior leaders and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting Engineering teams in implementing new Engineering change management workflows.
  • Assisting in the development of project plans to influence project timelines.
