As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Tipalti, you will spearhead implementation projects for our dynamic SaaS-based Accounts Payable automation and global payments solutions. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of our cloud-based accounts payable automation solution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for each customer throughout their journey with Tipalti.
- Assist customers through the technical integration process, offering expert problem-solving support.
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and development efforts, ensuring customers remain on track and exceed expectations.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting insights and empowering team members.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success with SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.
- A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
