Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the Customer Service Representative is crucial to our operations, focusing on our surgical product portfolio. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, including public and private hospitals. A high level of attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this position.
This opportunity is perfect for a motivated sales administrator with an interest or background in the medical field, specifically related to surgical products. The role is office-based at our Dundonald location, requiring attendance five days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Processing a high volume of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and communication with product specialists and customers.
Maintaining close working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Contributing to the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures for the CSR team, regularly reviewing processes in line with continuous improvement initiatives.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of our surgical product portfolio and demonstrating a keen interest in these products.
Becoming a subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM.
Assisting product specialists in creating opportunities and quotes within the CRM system.
Providing pre- and post-sales support to clients.
Helping product specialists maintain accurate opportunity and quote reporting.
Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory, legal requirements, and processes.
