ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will focus on design and technical aspects as part of our diverse, multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with design and technical leaders, contributing significantly to project teams under the supervision of a Licensed Architect. Your primary responsibilities will include:
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently, and with guidance, engage in conceptual and architectural design within a multi-disciplinary team, including material selection and architectural development.
- Prepare and contribute to design presentations, including developing 3D visualizations and illustrative graphics.
- Assist in the creation of BIM models and related deliverables under direction.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project coordination.
- Potentially lead discussions on specific issues or topics within the team.
- Review shop drawing submittals with oversight from the Project Architect.
- Participate in site visits as needed.
- Actively engage in project team meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a degree from an accredited program is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- A strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are necessary.
- Proficiency in real-time rendering and 3D software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray is required, demonstrated through your portfolio.
- Experience with computational design tools like Grasshopper and Dynamo is preferred.
- Active pursuit of Architectural Registration in the United States is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
