This role is pivotal as we provide high-quality data solutions for Human-Machine Interaction, partnering with some of the most esteemed technology companies globally. Your expertise in B2B sales, strategic analysis, and marketing will drive our initiatives in gathering, enriching, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI domains. You will cultivate client relationships, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals, while collaborating with the marketing team on market research and business development strategies. This position requires travel within the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and research potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals for new and existing clients.
- Qualify and quantify business opportunities.
- Lead initiatives from lead generation through to closure.
- Ensure client satisfaction and drive customer success.
- Develop and implement effective business plans.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and stay current with industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Manage and cultivate high-value business deals.
- Track key performance indicators and provide internal and external status reports, including executive updates on account health and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and contribute to marketing efforts through case studies and social media.
- Deliver precise weekly forecasts.
