Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for our Go-To-Market Engineering team, you will spearhead initiatives that power our growth across Marketing, Sales, and self-service channels. Your focus will be on developing and refining our marketing website (Brex.com), GTM applications, and top-of-funnel experiences, as well as pioneering AI-enhanced systems that boost efficiency, lower customer acquisition costs, and elevate sales and marketing effectiveness.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Seattle office, operating in a hybrid model that blends the vibrant interactions of in-office work with the flexibility of remote arrangements. Currently, we require a minimum of two in-office workdays each week (Wednesday and Thursday). Beginning February 2, 2026, the requirement will shift to three in-office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, we offer the benefit of up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
