Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive focuses on acquiring new enterprise-level clients (organizations with 5,000 or more employees). This role involves strategic selling, educating prospective customers about ZipRecruiter's value, and acting as a trusted advisor. The position centers on new business development and building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new enterprise accounts with a strong focus on prospecting.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline while developing relationships with potential clients.
- Consistently close new business and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and execute a territory plan, including accurate forecasting.
- Share best practices to help strengthen the team as it grows.
- Gather and relay market insights to product and marketing teams.
- Use customer feedback and your experience to improve our product and sales approach.
