Role Overview
The Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator supports senior leaders across multiple business areas. This fully remote position is based in Central Visayas, Philippines, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing communications, maintaining internal systems, and coordinating activities between teams. The role spans recruiting, venture capital, and startup operations. Success requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently after onboarding. Proactive and organized candidates who can anticipate needs will thrive here.
