About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & CCO, you will serve as the operational backbone of Hadley Designs, facilitating communication, managing priorities, and overseeing critical projects, allowing our founders to concentrate on product innovation and long-term strategies.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Shield the CEO and CCO's time by efficiently managing emails, schedules, and daily priorities.
- Organize, track, and update essential processes, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current and reflective of team feedback.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges, allowing both leaders to focus on strategic and creative pursuits.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support organization-wide projects, collaborating with department leaders to ensure initiatives remain on track.
- Prepare and refine documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
- Manage ClickUp dashboards, L10 agendas, and company scorecards effectively.
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.
- Organize travel arrangements, events, and logistical support for both business and personal needs of the executive team.
- Identify and streamline inefficiencies in administrative and operational workflows.
