- Facilitate and support the execution of organizational development initiatives, encompassing corporate social responsibility efforts, town hall meetings, employee engagement activities, and various group initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-event planning through to post-event evaluation.
- Oversee the growth and management of the talent pool via the Employee Development Programme.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to manage partnership programmes for internships and business scholarship initiatives.
- Assist in advancing HR projects and organizational strategies in collaboration with the HR community and relevant stakeholders across the group.
- Oversee the management of government training grants, including the HRDF application process and reimbursements, ensuring compliance and efficient administration.
- Contribute to the development and execution of training policies and orientation programmes for new hires.
- Support in sourcing, implementing, and managing training programmes, which includes programme promotion, effectiveness evaluation, record-keeping, and administrative coordination for both in-house and external training sessions to ensure successful delivery.
- Aid HR Business Partners in creating comprehensive and effective job designs, organizational structures, and job descriptions that align with overall business objectives.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management as they arise.
