Core Experience and RequirementsMust possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required). At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a preference for commercial experience. Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Role

Pearce Services is searching for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. This role involves servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters on Cell Tower sites. Ideal candidates are responsible, self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to travel. This is a regional position, and applicants must reside in the Peoria, Illinois area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems through diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency requests.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
