Who We’re Looking For: We seek a focused, competitive, and dedicated individual who excels in creating opportunities and building lasting relationships. As an entry-level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will be instrumental in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to fulfill client needs across various sectors.
Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Recruiter:
Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors using referrals, proactive outreach, and cold calling
Develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to satisfy client demands
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Employ CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to monitor and gather market insights
Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
Collaborate closely with account executives to effectively meet client staffing needs
Aim to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Account Executive:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
Utilize your interpersonal skills to cultivate, maintain, and close new business opportunities
Effectively nurture and expand long-term relationships with new clients
Manage, monitor, and gather market intelligence through CRM tools and social media
Identify and seize client growth opportunities within existing accounts
Understand the business needs of the client and their ideal candidate profile
Aim to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Skillfully negotiate pay rates
Work closely with recruiters to successfully fill open positions
