- Offer expert insights into the development of enterprise policies and strategies concerning content, records, archives, and information management, which includes capture, selection, retention, and digital preservation.
- Lead the architecture, design, and upkeep of records, archives, and information management systems while supervising the technical execution of new or updated policies.
- Conduct requirement analysis and define needs for content, records, archives, and information management systems, creating functional and technical specifications for backend and integration solutions.
- Design system integration and data migration strategies for legacy repositories, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
- Develop and sustain robust solutions for long-term digital preservation and archiving, complying with legal, security, and compliance standards including encryption, digital signatures, secure access, and data protection.
- Establish and apply metadata standards for content and records management to facilitate effective archival description and retrieval.
- Design and implement scalable data publication and exchange solutions, utilizing linked open data, semantic web technologies, and modern API/integration frameworks.
