You will be the on-the-ground leader responsible for operational excellence, team dynamics, and enhancing the customer journey in your city, bridging global standards with local execution.
The Role
As the City Lead, you will manage the daily operations of a smaller depot, personally overseeing and coordinating all workflows due to the compact team size and absence of specialized units (Servicing, RV Sales, Support). This hands-on position constitutes 70-80% of your responsibilities, ensuring an efficient operational flow, exceptional customer service, precise documentation, and a well-prepared fleet. Reporting to the District Manager, you will also be in charge of cost management within the depot, focusing on the efficient use of resources, minimizing unnecessary expenses, reducing rework, and maintaining disciplined spending.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all rental workflows including check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (including cleaning and maintenance);
- Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Advocate for ancillary products through value-based selling;
- Conduct basic checks on RVs/vans (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tires);
- Promptly escalate complex technical/mechanical issues to the regional servicing teams;
- Ensure complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in operational systems;
- Manage daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation within the small team, including demonstrating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and onboarding new hires;
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments.
Practical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10-15 kg) and to stand, walk, and move throughout the depot for extended periods;
- Comfortable engaging in physical tasks as needed;
