THE ROLE We are seeking passionate travel enthusiasts for our depot in Brussels - Zemst. As a Rental Service Agent, you will be the face of Indie Campers, directly reporting to the Branch Operations Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain our fleet of campervans in excellent condition, and manage operational issues to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Managing incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs. Preparing and cleaning campervans to ensure top-notch quality. Maintaining campervans in peak condition and monitoring maintenance needs. Registering guests, managing inventory, and processing payments. Addressing customer complaints and troubleshooting emergencies. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A travel enthusiast with customer service experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-Car. Fluency in English (mandatory) and French. Eligible to work in Belgium with a valid driver's license; must be confident driving a campervan. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
