In the role of Sales Account Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business prospects through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include generating leads from marketing initiatives and consistently achieving sales targets. You will nurture strong customer relationships and ensure exemplary after-sales service, significantly contributing to Bayut’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate to manage client expectations and guarantee an exceptional Bayut experience.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for renewals and customer acquisition.
- Develop expertise in the Egyptian real estate market by integrating on-the-ground insights with Bayut’s comprehensive data analysis.
- Expand our market share by introducing our products to new clientele.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through diligent account management.
- Regularly update sales activity dashboards to reflect ongoing efforts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing departments on sales-related queries.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about regulatory changes and local development updates.
