The Financial Sector Professional is accountable for overseeing business operations aimed at enhancing profitability, market share, and overall satisfaction among customers and employees. This involves directing, coordinating, and monitoring all marketing, collection, branch operations, and personnel development activities.Evaluate local market conditions, pinpoint current and future business opportunities, and develop forecasts and business plans in collaboration with the Regional Head for the branch.Achieve monthly and yearly business targets across various company products, both asset and deposit, in alignment with company policies and business principles, with support from team members.Maintain high portfolio quality by supervising the branch's collection activities.Promptly address issues related to customer and employee satisfaction.Oversee all operational facets of the branch, including customer service, human resources, and administration, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.Ensure all departments are adequately staffed and directed for optimal performance.Facilitate training, coaching, development, and motivation of branch team members in cooperation with HR and the Regional Head.Evaluate employee performance in accordance with company HR policy and in consultation with the Regional Head as needed.Communicate effectively with the Regional Head by sharing insights on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.Collaborate fully with the Credit Department to expedite approvals of business proposals in compliance with company credit policies.Regularly assess the effectiveness and efficiency of branch operations based on Internal Audit Reports to ensure adherence to policies and achievement of goals, thereby enhancing overall branch efficiency.Manage the branch with integrity, uphold high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and the company's code of conduct.Safeguard company assets, including infrastructure, equipment, inventory, and cash.Perform any additional duties or special projects as assigned.
