Decagon operates from our London office.In this role, you will:Oversee the complete sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from generating leads and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewals.Create a robust pipeline from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts through strategic, value-driven outreach.Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure client success.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to foster positive ROI and establish long-term partnerships.Utilize the internal executive team to expedite deal cycles and secure buy-in from senior client decision-makers.Play a pivotal role in formulating our go-to-market strategy and influence engagement and closure of key accounts.Your background includes:4+ years of proven experience as a high-performing Account Executive in the enterprise sector, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly in technology or SaaS environments.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A proactive, self-starter mentality with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
