This position demands a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership, and customer engagement capabilities to ensure successful client outcomes and to foster InfoSum's growth trajectory.Core Responsibilities:Lead a dynamic team of Solutions Engineers based in NYC to design, plan, and execute innovative data collaboration projects utilizing InfoSum.Serve as the foremost expert in the U.S. regarding InfoSum’s complete technology solutions and integration capabilities.Validate both prospective and existing customer use cases, providing tailored advice on achieving their data collaboration objectives.Establish and maintain relationships with senior technical executives at Fortune 500 companies.Develop and present comprehensive project plans aligned with customer goals, ensuring meticulous attention to technical details and identifying potential pitfalls.Collaborate closely with Customer Success throughout project execution to expedite completion, enhance customer experience quality, and address technical challenges.Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expanded customer utilization of InfoSum while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Draft technical specifications to support customer operations, covering areas such as data preparation, dataset onboarding, querying, API integrations, and MCP integrations.Enhance and create shared templates for project planning and managed services.
