You will act as a technical authority in a post-sales capacity, guiding clients on architecture and delivering innovative solutions that lay the groundwork for sustained customer success.In this role, you will tackle unique technical challenges without predefined solutions, crafting robust implementations that highlight the potential of location context for our SMB clientele.This position reports to our VP of Sales and Solutions Engineering and is based at our Flatiron (NYC) headquarters, featuring an in-office schedule from Monday to Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.Key Responsibilities:Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Radar platform, serving as a technical expert for our enterprise customers.Lead strategic customer implementations from inception to completion, ensuring high-value use cases are successfully achieved.Discover innovative solutions that reflect a profound understanding of our customers' business challenges and foster the realization of new opportunities.
