As a seasoned marketing expert on Esri's National Government Industry Solutions marketing team, you will utilize your profound knowledge of campaign strategies and marketing channels to execute targeted campaigns across diverse audiences. Your campaigns will address cross-industry initiatives, including sectors like public safety, defense, intelligence, remote sensing, sustainable development, and national mapping. You are a creative, driven, and data-oriented marketer with excellent project management abilities, dedicated to developing, managing, and executing impactful marketing strategies. Your strong collaboration and communication skills will enable you to work effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of strategic campaigns and community engagement activities in alignment with team objectives and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate industry marketing campaigns, defining strategies from inception to completion by collaborating with industry, corporate marketing (email, web, social, advertising teams), business development, and product marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
- Utilize industry-specific writing skills and marketing knowledge to spearhead the development of campaign strategies and marketing materials.
- Employ marketing analytics to establish criteria for campaign success and manage reports on campaign activities and ROI.
- Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritizing and leading high-impact campaigns that align with sector and corporate objectives.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify, address, and escalate campaign risks and challenges that may impede tactical execution.
- Forge strong partnerships with global marketing and business development teams to devise strategically aligned marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environments, ideally targeting business professionals in related sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for both internal and external audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Solid understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management practices.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex resources and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate findings into actionable strategies.
