Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market to understand their business and technical needs.
- Qualify and quantify business opportunities.
- Guide opportunities from initial lead generation to successful closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success in all dealings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of client business and technical requirements.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain records of business opportunities within TransPerfect’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage lucrative business deals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular status reports, including executive updates on account progress, health, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates.
- Contribute to the development of overall plans and budgets, ensuring adherence and financial health of client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding business accounts.
- Assist in training and the adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
- Propose and implement innovative offerings.
