Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports; manage databases, customer records, and sales documentation; and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Sales Support: Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation; monitor sales targets, track performance, and generate sales reports.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales and other departments; collaborate with vendors, clients, and partners to coordinate sales activities; ensure timely communication of sales updates to stakeholders.
- Other Duties: Provide general administrative support; assist in tracking budgets and managing expenses for sales activities; participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
