Your Role
As the Field Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting commercial deliveries and enhancing our fleet of autonomous sidewalk robots. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary goal will be to inspire and develop your team through clear communication, training, coaching, and performance management. You will leverage your expertise to ensure team members execute their responsibilities effectively and contribute to process improvements that scale our operations.
Additionally, you will bridge the gap between engineering and operations by assisting in development tests and providing strategic feedback on our products and services. Your diverse contributions will play a crucial role in the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and mentor team members within your assigned unit to ensure effective communication and customer-oriented interactions with internal and external partners.
Oversee daily operations, including the management of field agents, robots, and remote operators.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ongoing coaching, and guidance to team members to maintain service quality and continuity.
