Position Summary
In the role of Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless operation of our autonomous delivery robots. While these robots are designed for independent function, they occasionally require assistance, be it navigating unforeseen obstacles, troubleshooting technical difficulties, or addressing environmental challenges. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that deliveries are executed efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities will include field support for robots, performing light maintenance such as sensor cleaning, and ensuring timely and safe delivery completion. Your swift problem-solving skills and proactive support will minimize service disruptions and safeguard valuable equipment. You will also document incidents and share insights that contribute to the continuous enhancement of our technology and operational processes.
Collaboration with teams across operations, engineering, and customer support will be essential as you assist with robot deployments, escalate technical issues, and support safety and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational readiness by supporting robots and facilitating timely responses, coordination, and order fulfillment based on business needs.
Assist with deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and positioning of robots in accordance with deployment standards.
Document and manage escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
