Role overview
The Field Sales Representative works closely with Aventon’s partner bike shops across Northern California and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The main focus is building strong relationships with shop partners and ensuring they have a positive experience with Aventon.
What you will do
- Support partner shops throughout the sales process
- Manage orders placed by shops
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently
- Promote Aventon and its product line to partners
- Explain the value of Aventon’s e-bikes to shop staff and customers
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Comfort working independently and representing Aventon to partners
- Interest in mobility and enthusiasm for e-bikes
Location
This position is based in Northern California and requires travel to partner bike shops within the region.
