As a working student in the role of Founders Associate (f/m/d) with a commercial focus, you will collaborate closely with our founders and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This position offers you valuable insights into strategic topics surrounding Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, allowing you to actively engage in commercial projects that drive our growth.

Strategic Insights: Work closely with the leadership team to support the identification and implementation of growth initiatives.
Project Work: Engage in projects related to sales processes, internal efficiency, and customer success—from analysis to execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within the organization to help connect ideas and processes.
Market & Data Analysis: Assist in evaluating customer data and market trends to prepare data-driven decisions.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Help optimize existing structures and contribute your own ideas for new processes or tools.
Your Profile
You are in an advanced stage of your studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a similar field) and ideally have gained some practical experience—such as through an internship in a startup, consultancy, or in commercial areas (e.g., Sales, Strategy, Operations).
You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and are eager to shape projects from concept to execution.
You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with other teams, and bring initiative.
You are excited to learn and grow personally in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Fluent English is a given for you.
You speak German fluently—ideally at a native level.
