The Role

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the overall health, experience, and relationship management for a portfolio of key customers. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure strong adoption of our products and services, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors to align activities with their business objectives and strategies, ensuring they realize the full value of Cision’s and Brandwatch’s solutions.
  • Driving customer adoption through effective onboarding, training, and the development of best practices to continuously deliver value and maximize ROI.
  • Managing account renewals for your customer base in collaboration with Account Managers during quarterly business reviews, retention strategies, and upsell initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to broaden the usage of our platform, services, and integrations within the customer's business processes.
  • Recognizing and escalating critical customer product requirements while managing customer expectations consistently.
  • Acting as a coach and trusted advisor by regularly sharing best practices and leveraging learned lessons.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and activity documentation.
