Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Web Analyst to join our web team and enhance the performance of our extensive portfolio of over 25 B2B websites. In this pivotal role, you will analyze user behavior, monitor key website metrics, and provide actionable insights to boost MQL generation and conversion rates. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding our strategic decisions and enhancing website performance.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and report on website performance, with a focus on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
Utilize website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hubspot) to interpret data effectively.
Develop and implement web events aligned with business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing analyses using VWO and HubSpot to optimize website performance.
Perform one-off analyses for significant initiatives such as promotional campaigns, product launches, and website migrations to assess their effectiveness.
Identify and analyze various audience segments to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish comprehensive tracking plans for all key user behaviors.
Work in synergy with the content team to provide data-driven insights that inform content strategy.
