Qualifications
Proven experience in information management, document control, or BIM-related processes within the construction, infrastructure, or facilities management sectors. Expertise in managing information accuracy, compliance, version control, and data traceability across project lifecycles. Proficient in using SharePoint, Dalux, or similar information management platforms. Solid understanding of BIM workflows, metadata standards, naming conventions, and data drop requirements. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively. A degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Construction, Information Management, or BIM) or recognized training (e.g., CDC) is preferred but not essential.

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Annual Bonus
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH)

Our Welsh Education Partnership asset (WEPCo) is a collaborative venture between the Development Bank of Wales (The Welsh Government) and Meridiam, focused on the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of educational infrastructure over a 25-year timeline. The WEPCo team is instrumental in delivering new schools and colleges in Wales utilizing the Mutual Investment Model (MIM) developed by the Welsh Government for major capital projects.
