Support the Force Development Intelligence Division. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on tactical, operational, strategic, and national security readiness. Review and assess doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures in collaboration with Army intelligence units. Establish and maintain liaison with relevant intelligence entities. Evaluate, prioritize, and validate Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Cyber requirements. Deliver timely and decisive warfighting capabilities that align with the National Military Strategy.

About the Position

Dexis is actively seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Systems Synchronization Officer (SSO) to support our Force Development Intelligence Division. This role is crucial in assisting the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) of the General Staff -8 (G8) under the Director of Material. The primary goal is to provide dedicated analytic expertise and programmatic support to the DCS G-8 and Force Development Directorates, focusing on force development processes, integration, information systems, force modernization, and the equipment fielding process essential for fulfilling the Army's mission.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial knowledge in tactical, operational, strategic, and national security analysis. They will utilize their understanding of Army intelligence units' doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures to assess, prioritize, and validate intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber requirements, ensuring the Army is equipped with timely and effective warfighting capabilities.

This position is based in the National Capital Region at a client location and is subject to client approval and contract award.
