Role Overview
The Account Executive (All Genders) will drive wemolo’s presence in Austria. This position centers on B2B sales, hands-on client engagement, and building a strong market position. The role involves close teamwork and a direct impact on company growth.
What You Will Do
- Brand Expansion: Support wemolo’s growth across Austria and help establish digital parking management in cities nationwide.
- Customer Acquisition: Present wemolo to new clients, secure key accounts, and help grow sustainable revenue.
- Pipeline Development: Build and qualify a strong sales pipeline across different segments.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools and data analysis to monitor your sales pipeline and track KPIs.
- Goal Tracking: Monitor targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and report progress to the Country Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues in product, sales development, and operations to improve wemolo’s services.
What We Look For
- Background: Completed vocational training or degree, plus relevant professional experience (preferably in sales).
- Sales Experience: Three to five years in B2B sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets. Strong communication and a proactive approach are essential.
