About the Role

Join our dynamic team at blackbox-strategies as an Account Executive. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, all while driving revenue and surpassing performance targets. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative setting.

You will work closely with leadership and various cross-functional teams to engage with qualified leads, identify customer needs, and create customized window treatment solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through best practices, ensuring they receive recommendations that yield measurable outcomes and outstanding customer experiences.

Scope of Work

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations with U. S.-based prospects.

  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess customer needs, design tailored window treatments, and recommend solutions grounded in best practices.

  • Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, including CRM pipeline management.

  • Provide expert consultative guidance on available window treatment options and design principles.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth post-sale experience for clients.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed set performance metrics, including conversion rates, activity levels, and revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative, technical, or high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C).

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, adding value, and serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Preferred background in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, or a related field.
