Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management
- Coordinate and manage installation and service schedules
- Process customer payments, deposits, and daily financial reports
- Assist with inventory control and vendor ordering
- Support collections and monitor branch financial performance
- Greet customers in the showroom with a warm smile and helpful demeanor
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Leader to ensure all details are managed effectively and deadlines are met
What We’re Seeking
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office role
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills – you’ll be the first point of contact and the friendly voice of our branch
- Detail-oriented and highly organized – you love checklists and take pride in your accuracy
- Proficient in computer use and capable of navigating multiple systems with ease
- Positive attitude and resourceful approach – where others see challenges, you see opportunities!
