Role Overview: Business Development Representative
This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Poland. The Business Development Representative will take an active role in building a scalable sales pipeline and identifying new business opportunities for Naturaily.
The focus is on consultative selling: understanding client needs, challenging assumptions, and presenting value-driven solutions rather than only responding to inbound leads. This role is key to shaping a structured, consistent outbound sales process that will help drive Naturaily’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in Western Europe and the United States
- Develop and maintain a scalable, structured outbound sales pipeline
- Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand and challenge client needs
- Present tailored solutions that highlight Naturaily’s strengths in web and AI-native development
- Contribute to a transparent, collaborative team culture
