We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Global Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This pivotal leadership role focuses on generating high-quality sales leads that drive substantial business growth. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategic planning and execution, measuring success through pipeline contributions and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy across various channels, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Manage the entire marketing funnel, driving awareness through to marketing-qualified lead (MQL) handoff to the sales team.
Foster strong collaboration with the Sales team, establishing clear definitions for lead quality and shared responsibilities for lead follow-up.
Oversee demand generation campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives aimed at key accounts and sectors.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team across multiple regions (NL, DE, BE, PL & USA), setting clear KPIs and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Manage the marketing technology stack to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of lead generation efforts.
Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Translate market research and customer insights into effective campaigns and messaging that resonate with targeted buyer personas.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on pipeline contributions and the overall impact of marketing on revenue.
