Role Overview: Director of Strategic Accounts – Enterprise AI Solutions
Based in San Francisco, the Director of Strategic Accounts will focus on building and expanding business relationships with assigned enterprise clients. This role combines business development, client management, and cross-functional collaboration to address complex client needs in the AI space. The Director acts as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for key accounts, driving growth and ensuring high standards of service.
What You Will Do
- Deliver strong customer service and drive ongoing growth for enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Create and execute account growth plans, including account mapping, stakeholder analysis, and approaches for cross-selling and upselling.
- Research potential clients using online tools, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories, CRM systems, and direct outreach.
- Keep accurate records of prospective client information, such as names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data.
- Align work with TransPerfect’s core values and principles.
- Generate new business opportunities through email campaigns, social media, and cold calling.
- Develop marketing strategies and content tailored to specific accounts.
- Apply creative problem-solving to improve business development strategies.
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track account performance.
- Identify and manage Requests for Quotation (RfQs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
- Negotiate agreements, pricing, and timelines with both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with operations, technology, solutions, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities for collaboration.
