Recruiter Role Overview
This Recruiter position is central to LuoPay’s growth in Africa. The role covers the entire recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates to making offers, across functions such as sales and operations. The Recruiter works closely with management to ensure the company hires the right people at the right pace as LuoPay enters new markets and builds diverse teams.
This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing, pre-qualifying, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and local networks.
- Pre-qualify and assess candidates for skills, fit, and alignment with company culture.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, including across different countries and time zones.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool, especially for roles with recurring needs such as sales and operations.
- Deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and keep management informed on hiring progress.
- Stay informed about local market trends and advise on compensation benchmarks and employment patterns.
Qualifications
- Background in recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
- Experience sourcing and hiring for a range of roles and seniority levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Comfort working in a changing environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
Location
This role is based in Abidjan.
